Classic Osetra, the entry of our Osetra, is the most common grade during a harvest, with medium sized dark caviar. Classic Osetra has a mild and nutty flavor with the hints of cream and richness which only increase as we progress through our grades of Osetra.
CAVIAR at CAVIAR RUSSE
Orders confirmed by 4:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday, ship overnight for next-day arrival Tuesday through Saturday. We do not ship Saturday for Sunday, or Sunday for Monday. Caviar stays fresh for up to 72 hours in transit, so even a delayed delivery arrives in good condition.
Caviar Russe offers same day delivery in New York City throughout Manhattan and select areas of Brooklyn. We offer overnight delivery every outside of those areas via FedEx priority overnight. Pick ups or purchases at our boutique on Madison Avenue are available as well.
We don't currently offer same-day local delivery in Miami. Orders ship via overnight FedEx Priority delivery.
All of our Caviar enjoyed at our restaurants, purchased online or in person is not pasteurized.
