Shipping For Next Day Delivery

All orders received Monday-Friday through and are confirmed by 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time are eligible for local shipping, with next day arrival Tuesday-Saturday. We do not ship Saturday for Sunday, or Sunday for Monday.

Desired Delivery Date: Our checkout process allows our customers to choose the date that they would like to receive their shipments. Please be aware that this date is in no way a guarantee that the product will get delivered on the specific date indicated. We do our best to deliver on the requested dates but due to courier delays, weather, out of stock items etc. delays may occur.

Product Packaging: Caviar Russe continuously invests in new shipping technology that allows for caviar and other perishable product deliveries to withstand unforeseen delays in transport. Caviar deliveries that are delayed can stay good for up to 72 hours.

Manhattan Delivery

For all orders shipping within Manhattan, local delivery is available Monday – Saturday (Sunday and Holidays when available), provided the order is received and confirmed by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Miami Delivery

For all orders shipping within Miami local delivery is available Monday- Friday provided that the order is confirmed by 3 pm Eastern Standard Time. In Store Pickup

Government issued picture ID and the credit card used to make the purchase will be required at the time of pickup. Purchases will not be released to a 3rd party unless prior arrangements have been made.

Returns & Replacement

Our product is held to the highest standards for quality and freshness. Upon arrival, all product should be thoroughly inspected and all caviar and other perishables immediately refrigerated.

Should there be a concern that the product as received is unsatisfactory, a claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. Upon notification, Caviar Russe will advise a return authorization code and specific return instructions.

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.

We will not issue credit for product that has been discarded or partially consumed. Due to the perishable nature of our product we will not issue credit for product not received within two days of shipping due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer and/or absence of recipient. Please be sure to retain all packaging in the event a return is necessary. Caviar Russe is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
