For over 20 years Caviar Russe has provided New York’s most discerning diners a chance to indulge in one of the world’s most unique and celebrated delicacies, caviar. From its early days, Caviar Russe’s unique blend of attention to the customer’s experience and the fine caviar itself, has left a long lasting impression on New York that this is the venue required when one indulges in a culinary experience fit for royalty.

Caviar is not the only indulgence found at Caviar Russe, gastronomy of esteem is too a part of the experience. Honored to have been awarded a Michelin star for each of the past ten years, Caviar Russe’s culinary team presents a seasonally rotating menu described by the Michelin review as “dishes of surprising delicacy and precision, with a pleasing bias towards wonderful seafood and shellfish, such as scallops with ricotta gnudi, or delicious bluefin tuna with uni and asparagus."

Located in the heart of Midtown, our New York locations offers two distinct dining experiences, The Bar & Lounge and the Dining Room. In the Bar & Lounge, enjoy all the best of Caviar Russe in a relaxed and refined setting featuring caviar, raw bar and fun bites all paired with fantastic wines, champagnes and cocktails. The Dining Room, presents a Michelin Starred fine dining experience paired with an extensive selection of our exclusive caviar. Select from our 3 course tasting or indulge in our Chef's Choice 6 course tasting menu. All dishes are available a la carte as well.

Additionally, we offer a Grand Tour of Caviar Russe, an immersive experience, with available seatings Monday through Saturday. The evening begins in the Bar & Lounge with spoons of caviar and champagne, followed by a selection of fun bites and snacks, continuing upstairs to the Main Dining Room with a specially curated tasting menu.

We are closed for dinner service on Sundays.
