A 5 course dinner, hosted by Far Niente Winemaker Nicole Marchesi, this intimate gathering brings together just 15 guests for a five-course pairing of Far Niente’s best vintages and world-class cuisine, including the inaugural vintage of a paramount wine, Far Niente Benson Vale Cabernet Sauvignon.

Chef will take you through a deep dive into the world of caviar, its history and all the ins and outs.
