For our last Caviar 101 of 2025, we are proud to partner with Dom Pérignon for an unforgettable tasting. Experience a caviar education featuring Gold Osetra, Classic Osetra, Sevruga, Siberian Sturgeon, and Pacific Sturgeon paired with Dom Pérignon 2015.

The evening will continue with several bites and our signature Golden Egg with Dom Pérignon 2006 Rose Luminous, Dom Pérignon P2 2004 and Dom Pérignon White Luminous 2015.
