Private Dining
Our private dining options are available for lunch & dinner, Monday-Saturday, and Brunch on Sundays.
THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM - Accommodates up to 20, 16 at one large table, 20 at separate tables. The Private Dinning Room has several menu options:
3 Course Menu, an appetizer, choice of entrée and a desert. $195.00 pp. An additional course may be included from our caviar & classics menus to begin the meal.
5 Course Chef’s Savory, with Caviar Flight by the Spoon, followed by 4 savory courses selected by Chef Edgar, $345.00 pp.
7 Course Chef's Dégustation Menu, first course 25g of Select Osetra followed by 6 courses selected by the Chef Edgar, $595.00 pp.
The Private Dining Room is fully private. All menus are customizable and a bespoke experience is curated when booking a private event at Caviar Russe.
An addition of a cocktail reception is available, which would be held in our Bar & Lounge.
THE LOUNGE - The Lounge offers a chic space for a semi-private cocktail style event with a maximum of 30 guests in a mix of seated and standing. The menu selection consists of choices from our Bar & Lounge Menu, which includes, caviar, raw bar selections, bites and small plates.
FULL BUYOUTS - For larger events we offer the option of full buyouts of either the Main Dining Room for a formal dinner, seated capacity of 30, or the Bar & Lounge for cocktail style events, standing capacity of 70.
